Oberoi Group firm EIH Associated Hotels Ltd today reported a marginal increase in net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, to Rs 10.02 crore.

The company's net profit for the three months ended December 31, 2010, stood at Rs 9.96 crore, it said in a filing to the BSE.

The firm's net sales increased by 5.28% to Rs 58.94 crore during the third quarter of the current financial year from Rs 55.98 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.

The company's scrips closed at Rs 155.55 per share on the BSE today, up 3.80% from their previous close.
