Vishal Retail today said it has withdrawn the merger of Vishal Waterworld with itself.

The High Court of Delhi has granted the withdrawal of scheme of merger of Vishal Waterworld with the company, Vishal Retail said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
