Symbiosis Institute International Business(SIIB), Pune, recently organised its annual flagship event—SIIB Leadership Series 2010. The theme of the event this year was ‘Taking over the mantle’. The event was inaugurated by Sachin Pilot, the Minister of State for IT and Communications.

On this occasion Pilot said, “It is difficult to maintain the public mandate in politics. In India, 60 per cent of the members of parliament (MPs) do not get re-elected. I can see a paradigm shift in Indian politics in the next 15 years. Political landscape is changing rapidly. The generation gap in the politics can be bridged by learning from the senior politicians’ experiences.”
