Micro Tech inks deal with South African co

Micro Technologies, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of IT base security solutions for its clients across the globe, has signed a $6 million deal with South Africa -based TWI International PTY. Ltd.

After the success of the vehicle security system, Micro Phantom, Training Within Industry International (TWI) is expanding its business with Micro Technologies to distribute their other security solutions in the South African market. The products include Micro Lost Mobile Tracking Systems, Micro Mobile Controller System, Micro Buddy Tracking System, Micro Access Controller System, Micro Lost Notebook Tracking System, Micro Bike Security System and Micro Energy Black Box. Micro Technologies would upgrade these products periodically taking into account the latest technologies and user requirements.

 
Micro Technologies will provide all the training technical support for these products. TWI International will market these products in the South African market and will provide active after sale support including promotional activities and mass advertisement for Micro Technologies.

Victor Chinn, director and founder of TWI stated, “The Micro Phantom with its recent acceptance by ford has proved very successful in the South African market. It has been a pleasure working with Micro Technologies and look forward to the response of the launch of its other products. The potential of software security products as well as integrated security solution have a huge untapped demand which will leverage our existing business growth and enable us to become market leaders in security solutions.”

TWI International has its offices in Durban and training staff over two continents. TWI has a record of implementing productivity improvement programmer in vehicles worldwide, implementing programmer in South Africa, Zimbabwe, United Kingdom, Thailand, Sweden, Germany, Romania, Ghana and Malawi.
