The construction major IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has submitted its bid with the National Highways Authority of India for design, build, finance and operation of six lanning of Tumkur -Chitradurga section from. 75-189 km of NH-4 (approximately 114 km) in the state of Karnataka under NHDP Phase V on built operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
The project is on premium basis with the concession period of 26 years and estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,200 crore, the company said in a BSE filing.
Further, the company have emerged as the preferred bidder for the aforesaid project and it has to pay a premium of Rs 140.40 crore for the project to the NHAI, in the first year.
